I Travel A Lot, Will This Still Help?Absolutely. Most of my clients are busy business owners or busy professionals who travel a lot for client meetings or networking events. The whole point is to ensure this is factored in to our plan so that it is sustainable.

I Don't Have My Own Business, Can I Still Join?In short, YES! but usually, I work with entrepreneurs, executives or high performers. My coaching is NOT cheap, so depending on your job role/situation, I would have to let you know on the call if you're a good fit. I work with high-achievers in all areas, meaning you don't necessarily need to have your own business. It's just that on average, most people do.

Do I Need A Body, Health & Performance Optimisation 1-1 Coach?Absolutely not. Give it a go on your own... in fact, I encourage most people to do so first. BUT, As I and you know, you are unlikely to take action unless it is done with you due to your busy schedule.

I'm Not In The UK, Can I Still Be Your Client?Yes! Everything is done remotely (apart from events held at certain times in the year) meaning whether you're from the UK, US or anywhere else, you can join (depending on criteria of eligibility etc).
